This site is run by Riverlume AI, founded and operated by Richard Dodoo, who is the data controller for anything you share here. This page explains what happens to your personal information, in plain English. The short version: the site collects nothing about you unless you choose to send a message or book a call, and what you do send is used only to reply to you.
If you use the form on the Contact page, you send Riverlume AI your name, your email address, your message, and (if you fill them in) your business name, website, and preferred contact method. The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service that passes your submission to richard@riverlume.ai. What you send is used to reply to you and to discuss your enquiry. You won't be added to a mailing list, and your details are never sold or shared beyond the services named on this page.
The Contact page embeds a scheduling tool from Calendly. If you book a time, the details you enter (such as your name, email address, and chosen slot) go to Calendly, which handles them under its own privacy policy. The embedded widget may set its own cookies; this site sets none of its own.
The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser details as part of that request. Google describes how it handles this in its privacy policy.
There are no analytics trackers, no advertising scripts, and no cookies set by the site itself. The demo videos on the Samples page are hosted with the site and play without contacting any third party.
Emails and enquiry details are kept for as long as the correspondence is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to the conversation. If you'd like your details deleted sooner, ask and it will be done.
You can ask to see the personal information Riverlume AI holds about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. To do any of these, email richard@riverlume.ai or send a message through the contact form. If you're in the UK and are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If how the site handles information changes (for example, if analytics are ever added), this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
